The Library Board of Trustees meet the second Monday of every month at 4:00 pm.

Citizens may attend regular meetings. The meetings are posted in the Larimer County Offices at the Courthouse, on the Old Town Library's bulletin board, the Harmony Library's bulletin board, and on the Library's webpage.
