"As a life long learner and avid reader, I have always appreciated the services available through community libraries. Our learning environment continues to change rapidly with computers, electronic communication and the Internet, yet libraries continue to serve our communities with vital services for all ages and keep books and reading alive for our younger generations in spite of all the diversions. I believe that the Poudre River Library District provides new opportunities to maximize services for all of our communities. I am honored to offer my background and skills as a business person to help implement these opportunities for this District library system."
