Business Source Premier (EBSCO): provides full text for thousands of business journals, including peer-reviewed, scholarly business publications. Coverage includes all subject areas related to business, including accounting, management, finances, personnel, and more. Need to research a company or industry? Business Source Premier provides full text Datamonitor reports for companies and industries. Need to keep up with your profession or trends in your industry? Try searching trade journals or business journals by key word.
Colorado Grants Guide: This tool for nonprofit and community-based organizations is a comprehensive grants database containing hundreds of profiles of funders that support Colorado nonprofit organizations. The searchable online database allows grant- seekers to research funders that support a specific area of interest, geographic location or type of grant such as general operating support or capital campaigns. Due to licensing restrictions, this site is not available for at-home use.
Foundation Directory Online: is the nation's leading online resource for funding research. Updated weekly, Foundation Directory Online provides details of more than 108,000 U.S. foundations and corporate donors, over 3 million recent grants, and over 500,000 key decision makers. Available only on-site at the Harmony and Old Town libraries.
Foundation Grants to Individuals Online: is an online database of nearly 10,000 foundation and public charity programs that fund students, artists, researchers, and other individual grantseekers. Available only on-site at the Harmony and Old Town libraries.
Gale Virtual Reference Library: consists of ebooks on a variety of subjects such as, history, biography and business. The ebooks are searchable across subjects, have text-to-speech technology and translate into 11 different languages.
GrantSpace.org: The Foundation Center's learning community for the social/nonprofit sector. GrantSpaceSM offers information and resources that are specifically designed to meet the needs of nonprofits worldwide in need of know-how for securing funding and operating effective organizations.
Philanthropy In/SightŪ : is an interactive mapping tool designed for grantmakers, advisors, policymakers, researchers, academics. It combines the Foundation Center's data on grantmakers and their grants with Google maps. Useful for creating maps that reveal patterns of giving and funding relationships. Grant data can be overlayed with over 150 demographic, socio-economic, and other data sets to create compelling visual portraits showing where philanthropy has made an impact and where opportunities exist to fill critical needs. Available only on-site at the Harmony and Old Town libraries.
