Requirements for Connecting to Library Services (from Home or Work):
Java, JavaScript, and cookies are the default settings in your browser. If you have disabled them, you must change your configuration before attempting to connect to a database or My Library Account.
The catalog is located at
http://catalog.poudrelibraries.org. Recommended screen resolution is 1024 x 768.
Recommended Browsers
The library recommends using a modern browser capable of supporting current Web standards. For example:
While you can use some older browsers, use of a modern browser will help you take advantage of all the capabilities for sophisticated presentation and functionality found in powerful Web-based applications such as the library catalog.
Specifically, we recommend that you use a browser that supports HTML and XHTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), ECMAScript (the standard behind scripting languages such as JavaScript), and the W3C Document Object Model (DOM). Any of the modern browsers listed above provide at least base level support for these standards and will improve your browsing experience in the library catalog and beyond.

- Minimize AOL/CompuServe/MSN, and then start Firefox or Internet Explorer on your computer.
- Use Firefox or Internet Explorer to navigate to the Library's Catalog.
- Select the library service you are interested in.
