Community Rooms at District Libraries

The Council Tree Library, Harmony Library and Old Town Library provide gathering places as part of the fulfillment of the Library District's mission.

Community Rooms are primarily used by Library District staff for programs, classes, and meetings. When available, the rooms may be reserved by nonprofit groups for meetings, seminars, and programs that are free and open to the public. There is no charge to use the rooms. Please read the Use of the Meeting Rooms policy before proceeding.

For Community Room information and reservations, reserve online or call the Library's Answer Center at 221-6740. Community Rooms must be reserved at least 24 hours ahead of the meeting date/time. Groups must notify the Library's Answer Center as soon as possible if their reservation for a room is no longer needed. A room reservation will not be held beyond 15 minutes of the scheduled start time.

Reservation information regarding events in Library District Community Rooms is made available to the public.
