How to Request a Meeting Room Online
Meeting Room Information
Click on the "
" link at the bottom of any library web page.
Large Meeting Rooms
Select a Room
: On the left hand side, check mark the box next to the meeting room you wish to reserve and click "Refresh." You can hover over the name of the room to get more information about it.
Select a Month
: At the top of the calendar select the month in the drop down menu.
Select a Date
: Hovering over the day of the month in the large calendar. Click when it turns yellow.
Select a Time
: Next check the boxes to indicate the times when you need the room.
Tip: include setup and take down time when you check your boxes
You can easily change the date here by clicking another date on the small calendar.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the "Continue" button.
Fill out the form. Fields with an asterisk "*" are required. Include your email address to receive confirmations and updates on your room request.
Click the "Verify Request" button at the bottom of the page.
Double-check your choices and then click "Submit Request" to complete the request. If you do not click "Submit Request" your room request will not be sent.
Once your request has been submitted you will receive notification that Library staff will review the request.
Once approved, you will get an email with your confirmation number. Save the confirmation number. It will be useful if you need to cancel your reservation.
