Home Access Available  Ancient and Medieval History: provides thorough coverage of world history from prehistory through the mid-1500s, with special Topic Centers on key civilizations and regions, including the ancient Near East, Egypt, Greece, and Rome; ancient and medieval Africa, Asia, and the Americas; and medieval Europe and the Islamic World. Database includes event and topic entries, slideshows, primary sources, images, tablet/mobile-friendly videos, general and topic-specific timelines, biographies of key people, and original maps and charts.
Home Access Available  American Antiquarian Society (AAS): provides digital access to a highly comprehensive collection of American periodicals published between 1691 and 1877. Subject areas covered in the collection reach into every facet of American life, including science, literature, health and medicine, agriculture, women's fashion, family life, religion, advertising, women's issues, the history of slavery, industry and professions, culture and the arts.

Home Access Available  Cemetery Information: Cemetery maps and records about the deceased that are buried in Roselawn or Grandview cemeteries in Fort Collins.

Due to copyright restrictions, CHNC does not generally include newspapers published after 1923.

Home Access Available  JSTOR (Arts & Sciences): Access to academic journals 3 years old and older in a broad spectrum of disciplines, including education, business, history, language & literature, law, music, psychology, philosophy and public policy. Also included are a large number of journals in the biological sciences. This large backfile includes journals from early in the 1900's.
Home Access Available  My Heritage Library Edition (EBSCO): provides access to billions of historical documents, millions of historical photos and other resources in thousands of databases that span the past five centuries.
Library Access Only  NEHGS American Ancestors: Access records for New England, New York and beyond. Contains vital records (births, deaths, marriages) by state and locality for selected time periods. There are church records, probate records, and histories of individual families, as well as cemetery and burial records, local histories, court records and land records.
Home Access Available  Sanborn Maps: Fire insurance maps that show locations of businesses and residences in downtown areas of major towns in Colorado. Maps depict the size and footprints of the buildings.
Library Access Only  Select Families of New Mexico: This genealogical database contains over 500,000 individuals mainly of Spanish and Native American heritage. It was compiled by Ladeane Miller. Due to licensing restrictions, this site is not available for at-home use.
